  • Saturdays 7am from the shop (road bikes) 5 groups from beginners to elite racers.  $10 coffee and muffin afterwards for social get together.

  • Tue/Thur 530am from shop  30km @31-34kph avg

  • Wed Nana Ride 530am from DPM cafe  25-30km @24-26kph avg

  • Fri 530am from Mandjoogoordap rd and PSP 40km varying avg speeds
